School facilities should take care of high-quality sound systems in their premises not only for the necessary communication with pupils or students, but also for their safety in case of crisis situations. But if we are talking about the sound system of schools, we should not limit ourselves only to the sound system of classrooms. Many sports and cultural events are also held in schools, which also require appropriate sound systems. In addition to the main building, it is also necessary to sound the dining room or gymnasium, and in other cases, the lecture hall.

In our article, we will introduce you to individual solutions for schools, thanks to which it will no longer be necessary to look for additional sound systems in the case of any events held on school grounds.

VIVIS | Comprehensive school sound system

Basic, gro, must have, alpha and omega... Call it what you will. In any case, it concerns the sound system of the main building of the school with all classrooms, offices, offices and common areas. For this purpose, we developed the VIVIS digital school radio.

VIVIS has a school bell function with the option to set any melody or music at the beginning and end of the lesson. Contains 3 modes for the school bell (summer, winter and Christmas). The school bell will ring only for those lessons that are actually taught and only on the set days, so that it does not ring unnecessarily in the evenings and on weekends.

VIVIS offers the possibility of sending warning signals in case of danger, such as a fire, thanks to which it significantly speeds up the evacuation of the school.

The role of the announcement system - you can use live or automatic announcements to broadcast announcements to all classrooms, floors and buildings
Scheduled reporting feature - you can easily schedule notifications such as regular sessions to be delivered at a specific time
Enables message repetition - with one button you simply repeat the message instead of reading it again
Enables reporting via mobile phone - in case of emergency, you can report using your mobile phone thanks to the GSM module

Speaker systems for sounding classrooms

For classrooms, cabinets and common areas, we use passive loudspeaker systems, either exterior or interior.These are connected to a radio control panel, which can be VIVIS, or also a programmable amplifier MPT240 or another control panel of the PAA series. Through it, you control what, when and where it should be played, or in how many repetitions.

It is not possible to connect to a passive speaker system via a smartphone or tablet, which prevents interference with messages. Control works exclusively through the radio control panel. In classrooms, we have good experience with our ARS series speakers, you can choose from several variants - ARS 510, ARS 515, ARS 520 or ARS 525.

Of course, we also offer active speakers. For example, we install Fonestar SONORA active speakers in classrooms, which are suitable for connecting to interactive whiteboards.

Portable sound system for sports and cultural events

The beginning of the school year, Christmas and year-end gatherings, outdoor or indoor sports tournaments, lectures. These are just some of the events that normally take place during the school year and it is necessary to ensure quality sound system. Here we have several options according to the type of specific action.

The first option is portable battery systems. In our offer you will find several systems with auxiliary wheels and a handle for easy handling and moving. They usually include one or more microphones, either handheld wired or wireless, or in some cases headset.Battery life is calculated for hours, so battery systems are more than sufficient in this regard as well. Portable battery systems can be used both outdoors and indoors.

Another option is headset battery systems, also referred to as guide systems. These consist of a wireless or wired headset microphone and speaker, which is designed to be worn around the waist. This system is suitable in cases where the lecturer presents or moderates, for example, an exhibition, accompanies a group of people during an open day, etc.

The last option, especially suitable for outdoor sports events, is megaphones.Today, there is no lack of MP3, USB / SD player or recording function on them.We count the acoustic range at hundreds of meters, and the reliable built-in 12V rechargeable batteries will amplify the human voice or other sounds over a wide area.

Sound system of the gymnasium

For high-quality sound in small gyms, we recommend using a wall-mounted amplifier with a wireless microphone PM180 or PM240 housed in a metal lockable cabinet. The amplifier has a built-in USB / SD / MP3 player with Bluetooth connection and the microphone has a range of up to 50 m.

For larger gyms, we recommend a sound system that includes a mixer, amplifier, wireless microphones and passive speakers installed on the wall. In this case, the popular variant is the 2-way passive speaker system SB3615 or SB3612 from Fonestar. We will suggest a suitable configuration for you, of course, free of charge.

It is also necessary to protect the speaker system against possible mechanical damage caused by sports equipment. For these cases, we also offer a protective cage for loudspeakers made of 3 mm thick wire, which can withstand even larger impacts.

Dining room sound system

As in the case of gymnasiums, we recommend an amplifier in a lockable cabinet PM180 / PM240 in connection with loudspeaker systems. Here, for example, you can reach for loudspeakers of the BSO series from the Glemm brand, which will provide you with high-quality transmission of spoken word and speech.

Audiovisual technology for the lecture hall

In addition to their original purpose, the lecture halls are also used for various presentations. In both cases, however, it is desirable to have a multimedia system available that allows the projection of content with sufficient resolution and the corresponding sound system.
