OPEN DAY 2024 | We also celebrated our 30th anniversary
We are very happy that we successfully celebrated the 30th anniversary of BS ACOUSTIC on Friday, June 28, 2024. The event was accompanied by beautiful summer weather, but especially pleasant meetings with our business partners, to whom we thank them very much for their participation.
PREPARATION FOR THE EVENT
We have been working on the preparation of OPEN DAY 2024, as the official name of the event reads, basically from the beginning of the year until the day of its holding.
From the initial ideas and thoughts of how the entire event should look, in what spirit it should be carried out and where it should be held, we worked our way over time to more and more specific goals that we wanted to achieve. After setting the final date for June 28, we started to plan the whole OPEN DAY in more detail.
We started by choosing the premises in such a way that they were suitable in terms of aesthetics as well as capacity. In addition to the participants themselves, we also needed to place a selection of our sound and lighting technology products in the space that we wanted to present. In the end, the choice fell on Vinársky dom Kopčany, whose staff we would like to thank for their professional approach during the entire event.
As for the OPEN DAY program, we have divided it into several parts. In the beginning, we focused on a cross-section of the entire 30 years of the company, then followed by a part dedicated to the current form of the company, its employees and services, we continued by presenting the brands with which we cooperate (and for which we have exclusive representation) and finally we focused on our TOP products and bestsellers. We conveyed all this practical information to the participants of the event in the form of presentations and videos.
Part of the preparations also included the preparation of the premises in the Vinárské dom, where we prepared the selected products and placed them in the optimal place.
PROCESS OF THE EVENT
Despite the fact that the program took place indoors, we are glad that we had beautiful weather and enjoyed our coffee breaks in the beautiful courtyard of the Vinárske dom.
The opening speech belonged to the founder of BS ACOUSTIC, Stanislav Baláž, who welcomed the guests and gave an introductory presentation on the history of the company. As part of this presentation, we created a video from archival photo documentation capturing the development of the company from 1993 to the present, which you can watch on our YouTube channel.
The initial presentation was followed by the present and the presentation of brands with exclusive representation. Marketing manager Michaela Balážová has already taken the floor. In order to present the present, we decided to create the first corporate promo video in history, where we gradually presented the company's headquarters, showrooms in Radošovce and Brno, the administrative part, production and warehouse spaces. Marek Slusarčík - IT manager, Michal Sedlák - sales representative for the Czech Republic and Tamara Žúrková - sales representative for the Slovak Republic took care of other blocks dedicated to our top products, services and solutions. The gentlemen focused on our bestsellers, for which we recently started creating video content for an easier understanding of their engagement and control. On our YouTube channel, you can find these videos in the Featured list. Tamara then presented the guests with the PORT portable battery speakers from Ibiza Sound, also with the help of a video in which she also starred :)
During the coffee breaks, the guests had the opportunity to view the room with products, where technician Ivan Heldes attended to them and together with Marek explained the individual functionalities. Here, our guests could directly test the control of individual products and convince themselves of their quality. In addition, there was a free discussion and we believe that the guests were also satisfied with the refreshments :)
At the end, the guests also received gifts from us as a thank you for honoring us with their presence and coming to celebrate the anniversary of BS ACOUSTIC with us. We appreciate it very much and thank you once again in this form.We believe that thanks to this gift, family members also tasted a piece of Skalica :)
END OF THE DAY IN THE GOOD COMPANY OF COLLEAGUES
When we said goodbye to the last guest, we also welcomed the remaining colleagues and their family members. We wanted to thank them in this way for everything they do every day so that we can grow together as a company. So we prepared a joint meeting where we not only celebrated the company jubilee, but also played badminton and tasted grilled specialties and quality wine. In this relaxing family atmosphere, we successfully ended a challenging but beautiful day. A big thank you to everyone who participated in it! See you at the next OPEN DAY!
